Returns Due to the custom nature of our products, Lux Signage Co does not accept returns. Each sign is uniquely designed and manufactured to meet the specific requirements of our clients, and therefore, we cannot accept returns once an order has been completed and shipped.

Damages and Issues We take great care in ensuring that your custom sign reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Provide clear evidence of the damage, such as photographs or videos, to support your claim.
  • Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, we will initiate the process to create and send a replacement sign at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Lux Signage Co offers a 1-year warranty on all our signs, covering any malfunctions directly resulting from the manufacturing process. This warranty does not extend to:

  • Damages incurred during the installation process.
  • Issues arising from installation work carried out by the client or an electrician.
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

If you believe your sign has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us with details of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if the defect falls under our warranty coverage, we will provide a replacement.
