How Long Will My Sign Take to Make?
Our signs take 10–12 days to manufacture and 4–6 days to ship. We keep you updated with images throughout the entire process, so you’ll be informed every step of the way.
How Do I Install My Sign?
The easiest and most affordable way to install your sign is by using a local electrician. For non-illuminated signs, anyone can install it easily. We provide everything you need for installation, including:
- Mounting hardware
- Illumination components (for illuminated signs)
- Wiring diagram
- Installation videos
- Mounting templates
Your package includes transformers, studs, bolts, locknuts, washers, and more to ensure a smooth installation process.
What If It Breaks or Arrives Damaged?
If your sign arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, please contact us immediately. We offer fully insured shipping through DHL Express, so your sign is protected during transit. Additionally, your sign comes with a 3-year warranty, covering any defects or issues. If damage occurs, we will replace any damaged parts or the entire sign at no cost to you.

Is Maintenance Required for My Sign?
No maintenance is required for your sign. Our signs are made with 304 stainless steel, waterproof LEDs, and shatterproof acrylic, ensuring long-lasting durability. The LEDs are designed to last over 50,000 hours of use.
The only care needed is if your sign gets dirty—just wipe it down with a wet rag to keep it looking clean. That’s it!
